Mr. Jeremy Gerken, Assistant Principal
Jeremy Gerken supports the day-to-day operations of our school while focusing on student discipline, attendance, and behavioral support systems. Mr. Gerken works collaboratively with teachers and families to create a positive learning environment where students can thrive academically and socially.
Mr. Gerken holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education in Social Studies from the University of Toledo, and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University. He is currently working toward his Educational Doctorate through the University of Oklahoma.
Mr. Gerken holds certifications in Gifted and Talented and Read to Succeed. He is a three-time National History Day State Teacher Winner. Mr. Gerken is a married father of three children—Keith, Kendra, and Kelsey—and shares his home with two Dobermans (Maverick and Charlotte), two Dachshunds (Bella and Graysun), and a mixed breed dog named Oreo. He has a plethora of Radio Controlled Vehicles and believes strongly in integrity as a virtue that should guide all interactions.
