Ms. Carter is the Middle School Reading Interventionist and a Middle School English Teacher. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Masters in Instructional Accommodation. Additionally, Ms. Carter is a Read to Succeed teacher and was the 2013-2014 District Teacher of the Year.
