Did you know that JPT offers the Teacher Cadets program?
The Teacher Cadets program is a set of two dual enrollment courses with AP weighting. This is a challenging yet rewarding introduction to education as a profession featuring hands-on experiences. Even if a student does not decide to attend college for education, these courses count as electives. In truth, participating in the Teacher Cadet program benefits students across all career interests as they gain leadership skills, advocation skills, and knowledge of current events. Participating in Teacher Cadets also opens the door to participate in Teaching Fellows, which is offered at Francis Marion University (our college partner school).
