Drop-Off Procedures

No Early Drop-offs: Students must not be dropped off before 7:30 AM.

This rule ensures proper supervision is in place for all students arriving on campus.

Pick-Up Procedures

Traffic Flow

  • Right Turn Only: Enter the car rider loop by traveling down Carlisle St. in front of the school, making a right turn into the loop.

  • No Left Turns: Left turns into the car rider loop are strictly prohibited.

  • Alternative Route: If approaching from Morris St., turn onto Stadium St. to enter the line from the correct direction.

Lane Usage

Two-Lane System: Utilize both lanes in the car rider loop.

This practice maximizes efficiency and reduces wait times.

Vehicle Positioning

Pull Forward: Advance as far as possible in the loading area, regardless of your child's position.

Benefits: 

  1. Increases the number of cars that can enter the loading area.

  2. Allows more students to be picked up simultaneously.

  3. Reduces overall wait time for all parents.

Safety Measures

  1. No Street Pick-ups: Students are not permitted to leave as walkers and be picked up across the street.

  2. Vigilance: Be aware of students and faculty moving through the loading area.

  3. Exiting: Wait until your student is safely in the vehicle and the drive is clear before exiting the car rider line.

Additional Considerations

Communication

  • Ensure your child knows their pick-up routine and any changes to it.

  • If possible, use the same vehicle for pick-up each day to help staff identify you quickly.

Weather Considerations

During inclement weather, the pick-up process may take longer. Please be patient and follow all procedures.

Emergency Situations
